I've been in hospitality for my whole career and loved the industry since my first day at a local 4* hotel in Cheshire. I live in Manchester and am North-West based but would travel to the opening of an envelope if there's Champagne involved!

What is your most memorable Champagne moment?
July 2018 - my graduation ceremony from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, drinking Laurent Perrier with loved ones on the sunny terrace at Chalet à Gobet - c'était magnifique!
How did you start your career in Wine & Champagne?
At the Pig on the Beach, I was immersed in approachable and authentic hospitality - especially with the flowing wine list and cellar book. They put me through my WSET Level 2 and I will be forever grateful to Robin Hutson and The Pig Hotels for development opportunities such as this.

Why Champagne?
Champagne accompanies many of life's greatest moments and certainly transforms any occasion into a memorable one - it brings people together and what a great bunch of people to be around.
