Blend: 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, 15% Meunier. Over 85% Grands and Premiers crus. Dosage: moderate, 7 to 8 grammes per litre. To the eye: a golden colour, distinctive of black grape varieties; very fine bubbles. To the nose: a beautiful aromatic complexity; ripe fruit and spicy aromas; hints of roasted apples, apple compote and peaches. To the palate: a subtle combination of structure, length, and vivacity; bubbles like velvet; pear, brioche and spicy aromas, notes of fresh walnut.

Alcohol (ABV): 12 %, Acidity: 6.40 g/l, Residual sugar: 11.20 g/l The Brut Réserve NV is a radiant pale gold colour with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is characterised by complex pastry aromas, with an opulent combination of ripe apricot, mango, greengages, dried fruits, pistachio and almond. The palate begins with a silky-smooth sensation, developing into ripe fleshy apricot, melon and enticing plum pastry notes and delicate spice. There is perfect balance of freshness and generosity.

It is a blend of 146 wines from 11 different years, the youngest of which is from 2013, while the oldest dates back to 2000. Its final composition is 43% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay and 22% Meunier. A stay of around seven years in Krug’s cellars gives Krug Grande Cuvée 169ème Éditions its distinct expression and elegance. A light golden colour and fine, vivacious bubbles, holding a promise of pleasure. Aromas of flowers in bloom, ripe, dried and citrus fruits, as well as marzipan and gingerbread. Grilled notes and flavours of almond paste, quince, lemon, limoncello and dried fruit.

A light golden colour with a fine effervescence. Very delicate yet direct and bright on the nose offering floral notes and a nice complexity. A bold attack of citrus flavours, great freshness and a touch of salinity. The initial attack gives way to white fruit notes and then bitter orange flavours on the finish. Acidity: 6.80 g/l Residual sugar: 10.40 g/l a majority of Chardonnay, over 50% Pinot Noir, between 30% and 35% rounded out with Meunier, between 10% and 15%

It is a full, complex wine that is both rich and powerful, whilst remaining a great classic. It has a dosage of between 10 and 11 g/L which is adapted to each vintage.

COMPOSITION - 20% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 40% Pinot Meunier. DOSAGE 8-10 grams per litre. Silvery gold in the glass, Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut is a vibrant, stylish cuvée characterised by delicate floral aromas, rounded out by fresh fruit and hints of buttery brioche and vanilla. All the know-how of our firm is revealed in its ability to reproduce each year a blend which is consistent in style and in quality. Elegant and refined, the cuvée Brut Réserve is the champagne of all occasions.

The Brut Réserve is a blend in equal parts of the three champenois grape varieties: pinot noir, pinot meunier and chardonnay from 30 different crus. 25% reserve wines are used to produce this cuvée:

- The Pinot Noir (bringing structure, body and power) is mainly produced from some of the best crus of the Montagne de Reims.

- The Pinot Meunier (ensuring freshness, roundness and fruitiness) is issued from several crus from the Vallée de la Marne and from the Epernay area.

- The Chardonnay (adding its aromatic complexity, finesse, elegance and lightness) comes from Epernay and some of the best crus of the Côte des Blancs.

After four years ageing in our cellars, its style combines complexity, balance and distinction.

On the Eye - Pale yellow with faint green highlights. On the Nose - Lively and cheerful, fresh, light-hearted, fine, delicate and generous. On the Palate - Elegant and lively. Small assertive notes of red fruits. A rounded, rich, delicate wine that lingers in the mouth. In short, a clean taste with no dryness. A very smooth wine which never wanes on the palate. Brut Royal is 35% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier. It is has a dosage of 9 g/litre

Ruinart Brut

The blend is made up of 40% Chardonnay, 49% Pinot Noir and 11% Meunier, 20 to 25% of which are wines reserved from the 2 previous years. With a Dosage of 9 g/l. A vibrant, clear yellow colour with golden reflections. Good brilliance with sustained effervescence and a very persistent foam. Frank and direct attack on the palate. A balanced wine, rounded and full-bodied, with an attack scented with ripe fruits (greengages and nectarines). The finish is long, the well-integrated dosage giving way to the characteristic freshness of the Chardonnay which makes up most of the blend.

Taittinger Brut Réserve

Taittinger Brut Réserve is a blend of Chardonnay (40%), Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier (60%) wines from over 35 different vineyards and vintages matured to perfection. This high proportion of Chardonnay, unique among fine non- vintage champagnes, and a minimum ageing of three years in the cellars, where it reaches the peak of aromatic maturity, makes Taittinger Brut Réserve a delicately balanced champagne, known for its consistently excellent quality all over the world. Taittinger considers it an honour to produce a Brut champagne every year without exception.

The brilliant body is golden yellow in colour. The bubbles are fine, while the foam is discreet yet lingering. The nose, very open and expressive, delivers aromas of fruit and brioche. it also gives off the fragrance of peach, white flowers (hawthorn, acacia) and vanilla pod.The entry onto the palate is lively, fresh and in total harmony. This is a delicate wine with flavours of fresh fruit and honey. Taittinger Brut Réserve, which acquires
its maturity during three and four years ageing in the cellar, offers excellent aromatic potential.

The Blend is Pinot Noir 50 to 55% Meunier 15 to 20% Chardonnay 28 to 33% Dosage Brut 10 G/L He blends 30-45% reserve wines with grapes from as many as 50 to 60 different crus. The Pinot Noir predominance (50-55%) provides the structure that is so typically Veuve Clicquot, while Chardonnay (28-33%) adds the elegance and finesse essential in a perfectly balanced wine, and a touch of Meunier (15-20%) rounds out the blend. The long aging in our Crayères (3 years minimum for Yellow Label) gives silkiness to the Champagne.

Belle Epoque 2007 en Magnum


The cuvée Belle Epoque 2007 is the fruit of an astonishing year marked by a very mild winter and an exceptional spring. The temperatures in April, worthy of a summer month, caused the vines to flower early. Although the summer got off to a rainy start with low temperatures for the time of year, the sun's return in August allowed the grapes to ripen fully, leading to an early harvest and an especially generous vintage.

Apricot, almond and hazelnut, followed by notes of honey and cereals intertwining in a symphony of aromas. On the palate exceptional texture and structure. Dense, silky with a long finish. Fresh and full with a delicious refined finish.

Charles Heidsieck 2012


A brilliant golden yellow colour with glints of green and delicate effervescence. The nose is complex with notes of candied citrus and dried fruits with overtones of pecan and hazelnut. The palate is taut and vivacious, leading to a generous mouthfeel and a pronounced minerality. A long finish with rich aromas and caramel notes.

G.H. Mumm 2013


A sensation of great freshness, displaying flavours of peach and greengage plum. The wine shows elegant balance, delighting with its long finish and a lively finale that hints at pastry and buttery brioche.

Krug 2004


At first sight, the beautiful light golden colour promises radiant freshness. The nose begins with an expressive bouquet of ginger, candied citrus and quince, followed by richer notes evoking lemon meringue tart, plum and mirabelle. On the palate, a very balanced Champagne with light notes of brioche and honey giving way to an array of fresh citrus, including oranges, lemons and mandarins, enhanced by a very elegant finish.

Lanson 2009


The 2009 harvest offered a complex wine that is characterised by its richness, its freshness, its generous aromatic expression, and its balance. The colour is straw yellow, sparkling with fine bubbles. The aromas of pears, apricots, candied fruits, honey, acacia flowers and lime blossom form an intense bouquet.

Laurent Perrier 2008 en Magnum


The Vintage is white gold in colour with a fine sparkle. The nose displays both mineral and chalky notes giving way to elegant grapefruit and white fruit aromas. On the palate it is lively, the wine has depth with a persistent freshness and notes of bitter orange and lemon on the finish.

Louis Roederer 2014


A subtle bouquet on the nose, with a vibrant freshness. Citrus notes, lemon and almonds combine on the mid-palate. Hints of toast and brioche with great acidity shines through right through to the finish.

Moet & Chandon 2013


The wine's maturity is immediately apparent, with autumnal notes of roasted chestnuts, toasted buckwheat, honey, and nougat. Concentrated fruit aromas are then revealed, like a lemon preserved in salt or a perfectly ripe nectarine. A note of dried flowers completes the aromatic bouquet. The palate is direct and energetic, supported by lively yet delicate acidity, and a finely polished structure. The wine finishes with a pleasant hint of white grapefruit bitterness.

Monopole 2009 Gold Top


It feels voluptuous in the mouth. It is full and generous. Its initial flavours are of mocha and candied fruit. Then, gradually, woody notes and hints of dried fruit and hazelnuts begin to emerge. This vintage develops very nicely. It is long lasting on the palate. It is delightfully fresh and lively and it is essentially creamy.

Piper-Heidsieck 2012


The initial nose delivers fresh citrus notes of lime or tangerine leaves, reminiscent of a summer on the Mediterranean shores. Its solar accents are then enhanced by warm, smoked notes. A touch of almond then offers a voluptuous, vivid vibrancy. In the mouth notes of pomegranate and almond open with the expression of a plush texture of smoked tea or freshly harvested honey, the juice of ripe black cherry and blueberries. The long, silky finish is perfect both as a prelude or the accompaniment to a gourmet meal.

The Brut Vintage 2013 is tightly knit on the nose with notes of lemon peel, grapefruit, and white flowers. Taut palate, with a bracing backbone of acidity, which slowly opens to abroad, rich mouthfeel.

On the eye it presents a superb colour imbued with freshness thanks to the pale-yellow flourishes with delicate green reflections. On the nose it delivers up all its treasures with the honesty and noblesse worthy of its standing. It opens the door to a highly floral universe where the aromas of beeswax, almost honey-like, are elegantly paired with some notes of dried lemon zest revealing the natural freshness of this wine. In the mouth this wine is a veritable consecration. It expresses itself frankly with all its natural, direct candour.

Taittinger 2014


There is bundles of fruit with grapefruit, pear and apple in abundance. The palate is crisp and fresh with those citrus notes and you start to see the tropical fruit like pineapple from the Chardonnay shining through with good lees character adding to the texture on the palate. Bright and clean on the finish leaving you ready for a second sip.

Veuve Clicquot 2012


To the eye, a bright yellow colour with refined gold hints. Aromas of candied citrus, roasted pears, green hazelnuts and almonds. On the palate, the attack is fresh and frank. Then appear the first aromas of fruits with mirabelle tart, candied citrus and roasted pears notes. Finally, refreshing notes of green hazelnuts and almonds arise.
